Employee Benefits Administrative and support service in all aspects of Rand Water's 138 Administrative Company and enable Rand Water Employee Benefits to achieve its overall objectives, by ensuring the day to day, business activities of the Administration Company are appropriately managed. Team management, System Management; Claims Management, Administration of Divorce & Maintenance Claims and Disability claims, Savings Claims management. Reporting to Management

Responsibilities

  • Perform the fiduciary function of a registered Administrator, in terms of the Pension Fund Act
  • Administration of a self-administered defined contribution fund
  • EB system maintenance, Disability claims management
  • TIP payments and reconciliations, ensure Service Level Agreements with service providers are adhered to
  • ISO 9001 QMS converting processes and procedures
  • Section 37C & 37D of the PFA is strictly adhered to, Savings claims compliant
  • Induction for new entrants and roadshows for investment, education and information sessions

Qualifications

  • National Senior Certificate- with maths; Post matric qualification - NQF6
  • Higher certificated/diploma in Retirement Fund Administration or equivalent
  • Supervisor Certification
  • Certificate FSCA Trustee Toolkit Phase 1&2; PFA/FSCA required legislative knowledge Section 14 Administration
  • Application of Section 37C&37D
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the Retirement Industry, Retirement systems management, Management reports
  • Valid driver's license
